About SCMHRD Pune

Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD) Pune is a Premier Management College established in 1993. It is the 1st B-School in Pune to have AACSB accreditation. Candidates seeking admission must submit an online SNAP application by November 24 in order to be considered for SCMHRD’s MBA programmes. SCMHRD provides a 2-year fully residential MBA as its Flagship Program. Besides MBA, the college also offers MBA in Infrastructure Development And Management (IDM), MBA in Business Analytics (BA) and Executive MBA program. Selection to the programs in SCMHRD is based on valid scores of SNAP Entrance Exam followed by a Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interaction (PI). According to the Placement Report of 2022, SCMHRD witnessed the highest CTC at INR 35.50 LPA while the average CTC stood at INR 20.40 LPA.

SCMHRD also offers a 30 months Executive MBA, specially designed for working professionals in and around Pune. For admission to the program, the institute will conduct a Skype Interview. Eligibility For MBA

The candidate must be a graduate from any Statutory University with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) at Graduation level or equivalent CGPA.
Students appearing for the final year of Graduation can also apply, but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).

Eligibility For MBA-IM

The candidate must be an Engineering Graduate (B.E. / B. Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Oil and Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Power Engineering and Construction Technology discipline) from any statutory university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. (45% marks for SC/ST candidates).
Students appearing for the final year of Graduation can also apply, but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) or equivalent GPA.
A candidate who has completed bachelors from an international university must get a COC (Certificate of Completion) from AIU (Association of Indian Universities).

Eligibility For MBA- BA

Candidate should have completed their graduation from a recognized university/institution of national importance with at least 50% or equivalent GPA (45% for SC/ST or equivalent GPA).
Candidates should possess at least 2 years of work experience after completion of bachelors.
A candidate who has completed bachelors from an international university must get a COC (Certificate of Completion) from AIU (Association of Indian Universities)

Eligibility For MBA- Executive

Candidate should have completed their graduation from a recognized university/institution of national importance with at least 50% or equivalent GPA (45% for SC/ST or equivalent GPA).
